Tonight’s TV features a controversial line up that continues to drag us towards election day, with both candidates taking up prime time space on two different major networks.
Instead of the second debate between President Donald Trump and Vice President Joe Biden, we’re getting two different town halls. Donald Trump will be with Savannah Guthrie on NBC airing from Miami, while Biden will be with George Stephanopolus on ABC in Philadelphia. Both audiences watching will likely be the choir looking to be preached to, but the controversy could give both networks some decent numbers.
Sadly, if politics isn’t your thing, you won’t have Thursday Night Football to protect you. The game was moved this week because of complications involving COVID 19 which required rescheduling.
There will be some playoff baseball out there though and the drama is still present. You’ll have the Tampa Bay Rays taking on the controversial Houston Astros on TBS right after work at 5PM est and the Atlanta Braves challenging the Los Angeles Dodgers on FOX at 8PM est.
