If there is a movie star that should have played a comic superhero by now, it’s Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.
And it looks like both Johnson and DC are prepared to fix that.
On Saturday during #DCFanDome Johnson tweeted the following image of Black Adam with a promise that the hierarchy is about to change.
You’ve waited long enough. As have I, thousands of years to be exact.
The hierarchy of power in the DC UNIVERSE is about to change.
The man in black comes to crush them all. Join us now for the worlds first #DCFanDome. #Rage#NoCape #BlackAdam pic.twitter.com/UGKhZVWB6v

I don’t take those words lightly from Johnson and you shouldn’t either.
With the superstar line up of the DC movie universe constantly changing, they need a proven franchise stabilizer like Johnson to move it forward.
And “The Rock” has rejuvenated “The Fast and Furious” and “Jumanji” into billion dollar franchise endeavors.
There is a lot to be hopeful for here.
