Frank’s 2019 Orlando Fantasy Football Draft Board #3: Running Backs

Fantasy Football is season is upon us, and with leagues preparing to conduct their drafts, I’ve decided to start publishing my draft boards for the upcoming season.

Here is my 2019 Fantasy Football Draft Board for the running back position as of August 13th 2019.

  1. Saquon Barkely, New York Giants
  2. Ezekiel Elliot, Dallas Cowboys
  3. Alvin Kamara, New Orleans Saints
  4. Christian McCaffrey, Carolina Panthers
  5. Le’Veon Bell, New York Jets
  6. David Johnson, Arizona Cardinals
  7. James Conner, Pittsburgh Steelers
  8. Todd Gurley, Los Angeles Rams

  14. Melvin Gordon, Los Angeles Chargers
  15. Marlon Mack, Indianapolis Colts
  16. Derrick Henry, Tennessee Titans
  17. Kerryon Johnson, Detroit Lions
  18. Josh Jacobs, Oakland Raiders
  19. Aaron Jones, Green Bay Packers

  25. Mark Ingram, Baltimore Ravens
  26. Tarik Cohen, Chicago Bears
  27. Phillip Lindsay, Denver Broncos
  28. Tevin Coleman, San Francisco 49ers
  29. Kenyan Drake, Miami Dolphins
  30. Jordan Howard, Philadelphia Eagles
  31. Latavius Murray, New Orleans Saints
  32. LeSean McCoy, Buffalo Bills

Analysis: I know Ezekiel is slipping on some boards because of his contract hold out, but I think the Cowboys will pay the man. I still like Kamara on that Saints team with a chip on it’s shoulder. The same goes for Le’Veon Bell, who on that under construction Jets team will have to perform right away. I also think Todd Gurley will rebound this year from that bizarre flame out at the end of last season. In the middle of the pack, I like Leonard Fournette playing inspired ball with Nick Foles in Jacksonville, as well as rookie Josh Jacobs in Oakland. Later, I still think Mark Ingram can make some good things happen in Baltimore and Jordan Howard could do well in his new home with the Eagles.
