Back in 2017, Jumanji: Welcome to the jungle surprised audiences by doing justice to the Robin Williams 90s classic, while becoming one of the biggest box office hits of the year.
Now the sequel is here and it’s returning it’s core cast including Dwayne Johnson, Kevin Hart, Jack Black, and Karen Gillan.
Oh, and this time, Johnson’s avatar in the game is being played by Danny DeVito, and Hart will be channeling Danny Glover, who appear to get sucked into the game when Spencer, the main protagonist from the first movie, goes missing and his friends must once again enter the dangerous world.
The out of character acting was the best aspect of the last film with Johnson playing a nerd, Hart a jock, Black a popular high school girl, and Gillan a shy bookworm. This outing should give everyone something new to do and hopefully result in another satisfying outing.
