Excellent #TheSnyderCut trailer for “Justice League” still won’t improve an okay movie

It’s been no secret. I don’t think the Snyder cut for the Justice League will make the movie any better than slightly above what it already was.

But wow, this new trailer released at DC FanDome made me think twice about it.

Set to a powerfule version of “hallelujah”, we get some great looking footage of “Justice League” that adds new dimensions to almost all of it’s characters.

If we’re looking at things from a business perspective, it’s a great play by both DC and HBO Max.

You’re going to have a money spending audience sitting down to view a film they’ve already seen with some new energy.

But still, if you don’t like brussels sprouts, you can season them, grill them and drown them in butter.

But at the end of the day, you’ve still got brussels sprouts.

I will be watching the Snyder Cut upon premiere with renewed interest because of this trailer. But my expectations won’t be any higher.

And as much as you want it to be, yours shouldn’t be either.
