*Warning: The following contains spoilers on the series finale of Wandavision*
That was incredible.
The series finale of Wandavision is available right now on Disney Plus, and with it we say good bye (for now) to this wonderful cast. It truly has been one of the best acted pieces of the Marvel Cinematic Universe that we’ve seen.
But they didn’t just give us some memorable emotional moments in this finale. They gave us some incredible action.
The Vision vs. White Vision conflict was incredible. It almost felt like a Superman fight done the right way (sorry DC). And the reasoning that ended it all was exactly how it should have gone.
Agatha vs. Wanda was incredible (I still love it when Wanda randomly throws a car at somebody) and we weren’t really sure how it was going to end.
And then there were the truly gray moments of the show. Wanda was wrong for what she did to those people in Westview and she knew it. And the writers made sure she demonstrated that regret.
They also nailed the good bye perfectly.
It wasn’t a perfect wrap up though. And you know what I’m talking about.
We were promised a “Skywalker” level cameo and we didn’t get it.
Listen, I understand superstars will lie. We all need to take these remarks lightly until they actually delivered. I honestly thought we were getting Dr. Strange. It didn’t happen. Oh well. On to the next one.
And that next one for these characters is the Dr. Strange and Scarlett Witch film. People say they can’t wait to see them team up.
But in closing, I’ll ask you this. How do you know they’re teaming up?
Great show guys.
