Was it a choir? Or were those judges?
That was the question social media was asking when DaBaby performed “Rockstar” at the 63rd Annual Grammy Awards.
Behind him singing back up vocals during the segment were six elderly performers all wearing black robes.
Social Media had a lot of questions.
Interesting choice by #DaBaby with the choir of judges in the back but there is no question that he came dressed to impress in the all white fit! #GRAMMYs pic.twitter.com/N8VtN6SJhT

Struggling to find the meaning of DaBaby having all these old white female judges behind him. Gotta be some symbolism here that I’m missing…🤔 #GRAMMYs pic.twitter.com/oNcWBcCrvL

The performance received strong reviews from Grammy viewers, and so did the judges.
There wasn’t much rest for the Dababy. Less than five minutes after finishing his own track, he had to jump in on Dua Lipa’s “Levitating” performance on that as well.
But it was the vibing Judges that had people talking afterwards.
