The 2021 Oscar nominations were announced yesterday, and you have about five weeks to watch all of the Best Picture nominees (story HERE). It’s very possible here in Orlando, whether it’s at home streaming or at one of the reduced capacity theaters.
Lets go right on down the line:
Mank: Is a Netflix film and can be streamed there.
Judas And The Black Messiah: Premiered on HBO Max, and is currently playing in some theaters today. This weekend, the movie opens wider and can be seen in theaters all over the greater Orlando area, including locations near Universal and Disney.
Nomadland: Is currently available to stream on Hulu and is playing at some select Orlando theaters
Promising Young Woman: Is playing in select theaters now and starting Friday will play in Altamonte Springs, West Oaks Mall, and Lakeland Square Mall. It’s also on some video on demand services.
Sound Of Metal: Is only available at the moment on Amazon Prime.
The Father: Will be available to watch at the Enzian beginning Friday. It won’t be available on demand until March 26th.
Minari: Is currently playing at the Enzian until Thursday, and at select theaters in the greater Orlando afterwards. It’s also currently available on Video On Demand services.
The Trial Of The Chicago 7: Is currently available on Netflix.
Be sure to check in with your individual theater before heading out. Especially with the schedules and seating still being effected by the pandemic.
