One of the best pay per views of the year will be taking place here in Orlando this weekend.
AEW has had the best wrestling product on TV for over a year and a half now, and it’s bringing a stacked card to the Addition Arena on Sunday night with Revolution. But the party will take place all weekend.
Tonight (Friday), we’ve got AEW Rampage taking place at the Addition where it will be broadcasted on TNT. Some of the matches will be seeing will include.
Ethan Page vs. Christian Cage in the final qualifier for the race of the Revolution Ladder match that we’ll be taking place on Sunday.
Serena Deeb will have her five minute challenge. Keith Lee will also be in action.
And of course, we’ve got Darby Allin vs Andrade El Idolo vs Sammy Guevara for the TNT Title.
On Saturday, we’ll have AEW Fan Fest which will have some live music.
And on Sunday is the actual Revolution Pay Per View which will feature..
Adam “Hangman” Page vs. Adam Cole
Bryan Danielson vs. Jon Moxley
Britt Baker vs. Thunder Rosa
Jurassic Express vs Red Dragon vs. The Young Bucks
CM Punk vs. MJF
And a whole lot more.
Wrestling in Orlando is nothing new. WWE has NXT just down the street, but here is the difference.
AEW has had the better show for sometime now. And while WWE was firing wrestlers in the middle of a pandemic, AEW was hiring them. They also film at Universal on a regular basis.
And the fact we’re having this event at UCF is true economic impact for Orlando. When you spend money on the east side it stays in the community. When you have events in downtown Orlando, no local vendors see that money. It’s steered to the tourism district.
This is going to be a great show!
