Its your Monday “reliables” tonight on free TV, with cable television broadcasting the night’s likely ratings winners. No surprises here.

ABC is all new with Bachelor in Paradise and The Good Doctor.

CBS is also new with The Neighborhood, Bob Hearts Abishola, NCIS, and NCIS Hawaii.

FOX has a new 911 and The Cleaning Lady.

CW has new offerings including All American and All American Homecoming.

Finally NBC has a new edition of The Voice followed by a repeat of Quantum Leap, an FTR show which won’t be back until the New Year. The network not doing its young show any favors with that scheduling.

Finally, ESPN will have Monday Night Football featuring the Washington Commanders and the Philadelphia Eagles.
