Minnesota Vikings quarterback, Kirk Cousins, left during the second half of the team’s 24-10 victory over the Green Bay Packers after a non contact injury.
The team called it an ankle injury.
Fans, and even some doctors, online said the injury could be much worse, even up to the point of a season ending achilles related condition.
Let’s go to the tweets..
Update: And the fans were right…
Kirk Cousins tore his Achilles today, per source. An MRI will be taken to confirm.

Kirk Cousins –
Saw it from another angle too.
High concern for Achilles for Cousins.
This zoomed in view increases that concern.

This is Kirk Cousins's injury. Non-contact and his achillies goes the same way that Aaron Rodgers's did.

If it turns out to be the achilles, Cousins would be the second starting quarterback to go down for the season, after his rival, Aaron Rodgers left just a few plays into the Monday Night Football opener.
