The Philadelphia Eagles are the best team in the NFC momentarily according to the Get Up panel on ESPN Monday morning, as Mike Greenberg, Rex Ryan, Dan Orlovsky, and Dominique Foxworth all had to side with Jalen Hurts and the gang after their impressive 7-1 start.
There was some consideration, as other teams do pose a threat to the reigning NFC Champions, including their division rival Dallas Cowboys and the San Francisco 49ers, who took them on for a trip to the Super Bowl last year.

Other topics covered during the segment included whether the Kansas City Chiefs are leaning too much on Travis Kelce. This was the same question many analysts were pointing to when Kelce was injured before the Chief’s opener against the Detroit Lions which they lost. They’ll play a big game against the Miami Dolphins on Sunday morning in Germany, in a contest that could determine the #1 seed come playoff time.
The group then welcomed NFL insider Adam Schefter, who told the group that they didn’t believe that the Chief would pursue an option to compliment Kelce before the trade deadline tomorrow.

Schefter also looked at potential teams that could be active on Tuesday, including the Tennessee Titans, who have heard buzz about potentially moving Travis Henry, which is considered doubtful unless they get a really big offer. The same went for the Denver Broncos, who despite their big win on Sunday are most likely playing for next year. To close Schefter mentioned that it was unlikely that the New York Giants would trade star running back Saquon Barkley.
