Hey. Retail security guards love their gear. Now, these are tools for observing and for getting around your post. Nothing too crazy. But it’s important to be comfortable and to have the tools needed to do your job correctly.

Here are some tools for the job that I like..

Good shoes or boots: Besides your senses, your feet are ultra important, and depending on the post, you might be on your feet for hours at a time
