What’s On TV Tonight 6/7/24: Smackdown, Daytime Emmys, “Hitman” premieres
Hey. Friday nights in the Summer aren’t meant for big television watching. But you’ll still have your reliables, along with a movie premiere featuring a rising star, and an awards show.
FOX will feature Friday Night Smackdown. How will Cody Rhodes react to the sneak attack from AJ Styles? Probably with violence.
CBS will feature the 51st Annual Daytime Emmy Awards, followed by a rerun of Blue Bloods.

NBC will air reruns of Night Court, followed by a new Dateline.
ABC has Celebrity Wheel Of Fortune followed by 20/20.

CW gives us a rerun of Penn and Teller: Fool Us and 100 Days to Indy.
On Netflix, you’ll find the premiere of “Hitman” Glenn Powell, who is destined for stardom at this point. After a star making turn in Top Gun Maverick, he also starred in “Anyone But You” and is up in “Twisters” this summer in a real test of what he can do with a valuable property. “Hitman” should only help that.
