While flashback episodes have been overused and underwhelming in recent years, as shows lean on them to fill time, Bad Monkey on Apple TV used episode 4 titled “Nothing’s wrong with it, I just don’t need it anymore” to fill in a lot of blanks, especially regarding with what happened with Nick.

Heather with the Weather, the brutally nasty, two faced weather lady was killed by the only more detestable person on the show. Eve. Heather walked in on Nick confessing to his killings out of grief in a parking garage. Of course Eve didn’t hesitate, collected Tilly, her Pomeranian, and acted like nothing happened.

Oh, and Eve is a textbook sociopath. Probably a psychopath. She’s literally unreachable by the feelings of others.

She’ll make a play to have Caitlin and a eventually Nick killed. Keep an eye on her and Egg.

What Rogelio told Rosa in Spanish:

“Hey. Be careful with this guy. He’s an angler. I don’t want him to drag you.” Rogelio warns Rosa about Yancy

“You know, you’re not the first person to tell me that.” she replies.

It looks like Yancy will get away from Nick, and eventually Mendez and his former colleagues in law enforcement. But how will he contact Rosa and Rogelio to clear his name? You can bet Nick will try to frame him.
