Dancing with the Stars Power Rankings: Season 33 Week 1

Dancing with the Stars made it’s return last night!

That means my DWTS Power Rankings makes it’s return…Right now!

You might already know the deal. No STEM. Just my individual read of the show and the viewer response.

Lets Gooooooo!

1. Chandler Kinney: Some were calling it the best first dance the show has ever seen.

2. Joey Graziadei: You know Bachelornation will be here for Joey. Great energy. And I remember when I used to have a body like that.

3. Stephen Nedoroscik: Y’all are about to see what Rylee Arnold can do with a partner that can keep up. These two are adorable.

4. Dwight Howard: Daniella got me fired up during that opening package. She saw the size difference and was determined to make it work anyways. It did. She’s an effing “G”.

5. Danny Amendola: Let it be known that Amendola’s anthem is “Tipsy” (A Bar Song) by Shaboozey. And I would expect nothing less.

6: Jenn Tran: I’m here for the revenge tour. Jenn is actually who I’m rooting for. Great shot at the Bachelor showrunners by Derek during the critique.

7: Phaedra Parks: A solid start to land her in the middle of the pack.

8. Ilona Maher: She’s dancing with a philosophy to love yourself and celebrate your successes. The viewers love her.

9. Brooks Nader: She did fine and looks fantastic. But being that early in the order did her no favors.

10. Anna Delvey: When the audience marks you for elimination before your first dance, you don’t have much time. Showrunners also have to brand her with something that doesn’t make the audience roll their eyes. “Entrepreneur” and “fashionista” isn’t working. To say something positive, the decorative police ankle bracelet is cheerfully defiant.

11. Reginald VelJohson: Seniors have a tough time on this show. Let’s celebrate his already epic career while he’s on.

12. Eric Roberts: I grew up watching the Best of the Best on repeat. Happy he is here.
