The Federal Trade Commission has released the “Click to Cancel” rule, which requires businesses to make cancelling subscriptions online as easy as enrolling.
Health clubs are notorious for requiring members to come in and negotiate a process to cancel their subscriptions. I’ve been through this and it’s possible you have too.
