It was Disney Night this week on Dancing with the Stars, but it also could have been a dedication to the number “8” with how often the judges were dropping the safe score on our contestants. It didn’t go unnoticed by viewers.

Anywho, let’s get to our Power rankings

1. Joey Graziadei (1): Tarzan was the truth. He did such a terrific job and hats off to Jenna for the most lauded choreography of the evening.

2. Chandler Kinney (3): After a two spot slide from the top last week, Chandler came back with a vengeance on Disney night for a character that was actually hers. And she sold it with her fellow castmates in the crowd.

3. Stephen Nederoscik (2): He’s doing just fine. But being endangered is never a good look (happened to Charlotte last week) regardless of whether it’s the actual bottom three or not. That Dwight Howard lift during group was terrific.

4. Danny Amendola (4): That Deadpool and Wolverine dance was my favorite of the night.

5. Jenn Tran (5): “Kiss the Girl” isn’t the most DWTS friendly song but she did just fine. Producers got to ease up on the romancing pressure she keeps getting.

6. Ilona Maher (7): She did such a terrific job with the group dance. Her lift and spin of Jenn was even more impressive than Dwight’s.

7. Dwight Howard (8): Height was an issue again last night. We’re getting to the point of the contest where physical ability matters. He’s running out of time.

Eliminated:

Phaedra Parks: Phaedra actually got better each week. But the younger dancers always catch up in the end. She had a solid run though.
