MTG Mono Red Man: Flameblade Angel hurts your enemies for hurting you

Intro: Oh, you guys are going to like this one. We mono red players love burning even when we’re not throwing down burn spells. The best aspect of the passive burn is punishing your enemies for hurting you. And Flameblade Angel does just that.

What the card actually says:
Flying
Whenever a source an opponent controls deals damage to you or a permanent you control, you may have Flameblade Angel deal 1 damage to that source’s controller

“You must pay for your sin in blood”

Analysis: How about that quote? Eh? None of that wimpy mono white angel nonsense. Anywho. Yeah, anyone that tags you for damage will also take one. That will ad up as the game moves forward and while everyone has a different philosophy regarding life as a resource, anything that gets your foes closer to zero is okay with me. While she is a little pricey at 6 mana, she’s also a tough angel as a 4/4 with flying. If you buff her up with some artifacts or enchantment then you’ll have a legitimate threat on the board to your enemies.

How does it feel when you play it?: Oh, you’ll love watching your opponents take damage for also dealing it to you. And they might even think twice about picking a fight with you, if there is another opponent they can hit that won’t hit them back.

Conclusion: Its a good card. She flies. And she hurts them for hurting your even when she’s not hurting anyone herself (you follow all that).
