Winter Storm Brenda has arrived in Northeast Wisconsin and has covered the Green Bay area with about 4 inches of snow, including the downtown community, where the conditions made the sidewalks difficult to traverse, and vehicles could be seen sliding as they pulled away from parking spots.

The snow is expected to conclude this evening, with colder temperatures to come in the following days.
