Tom Segura’s Bad Thoughts seems to be addicted to cliffhanger endings, which for a binge is a pretty good catalyst for views for Netflix. Let’s not waste anymore time. You can read my episode three recap HERE.

What Happened?: We pick up where we left off. Joe has just discovered that the beautiful Katie has a conjoined twin sticking out of her back. Joe goes through with the grotesque act of sex with both of them, but leaves in disgust before the title graphic hits.

Our next skit gives us a sick Sarah in a hospital bed with Carl at her side. They’re visited from a representative from a “Make A Wish” like organization who grants wishes for terminally ill patients. We learn that they have gotten Barry the sandwich guy from TV to visit Sarah. And yes, Sarah wants to sleep with Barry. Everyone on the medical staff sides with Sarah and her dying wish and the skit ends with Barry closing the door in Carl’s face.

We’re then put on an airplane flying over South America where we see a man looking at an expensive necklace for his wife. A man asks him about it before he recognizes Tom and starts shouting “bikes’ over and over again. The man also calls out Tom on his jokes involving people of short stature. The argument escalates before Tom is called to the front of the airplane to discover both pilots died while having sex, before we get another cliffhanger.
