After a wild finish Sunday night at Clash In Paris, which resolved it’s main event with Becky Lynch saving her husband, Seth Rollins, from defeat at the hands of CM Punk, the WWE Universe was excited that Punk’s own wife, AJ Lee, would return to defend him after a decade away from the business.

But after RAW last night involving a promo between Punk and Lynch, fans are controlling their expectations a little more and leaning more towards the possibility that it may be Rhea Ripley who will be teaming with CM Punk.

The sentiment is that it would be great if AJ Lee returned but they’ve been tricked many times before.
