Raising Cane’s Should Include NFL Market Green Bay in Wisconsin Expansion

If you’ve never had Raising Cane’s (and given the premise of this article, you likely haven’t), it’s pretty good. Their chicken fingers are very well prepared, you can say the same about their Texas toast, and as a Florida transplant in the midwest, their sweet tea is excellent.

In other words, I think Raising Cane’s would be a great fit for the Northeast Wisconsin specifically Green Bay.

The restaurant is currently expanding in Wisconsin (story HERE). And they haven’t nailed down where all their locations will be.

Green Bay makes a strong case for inclusion.

We’re a beloved NFL market. And restaurants that have huddled close to the Packers have done well. We’ve got the space near the stadium and its not out of the realm of possibility that RC can get a store in the shadow of Lambeau Field. If not, then real close.

They were already hanging out with us for the NFL Draft (story HERE). This is a good fit.

And Green Bay can also point to the popularity of other recent restaurant implants to the area.

When Popeyes came to the area, we had traffic backed up and down West Mason. They’ve since opened a second location,

Ashwaubenon had to make special traffic arrangements when Panda Express opened a couple of years ago because their traffic would tie up Oneida and Bay Park Square.

And right next store, Chik-Fil-A is still booming with (non Sunday) daily business. They’ve also opened a second location.

The truth is that Green Bay has a proven track record for expanding restaurants. And we’ve got room for more. Heck. We need more.

Give us a look Raising Cane’s. I think you would like it here.
