If you woke up on Friday morning expecting to look at your X or Twitter feed, then you need to change your expectations.

As of approximately 10am est, the social media giant was down with users getting various error messages depending on whether you were on a traditional browser or using the app on your phone.

Twitter is the second major company to experience an outage this week. Verizon had difficulties on Wednesday and was down for several hours. They have since pledged to issue a credit to users.

Its unknown if X premium users will see any credit. But the service has also only been down for a short time as of the publication of this post.
