After some outings with lesser known heroes like solid “Shang Chi” and the terribly dull “Eternals”, Marvel is back on our big screens with it’s most well known web slinging property, and Spiderman: No Way From Home, manages to be the best Spiderman film we’ve seen, thanks it’s near non stop action and emotional ups and downs.

Tom Holland is back as Spidey, as he struggles with life after the world discovers that Peter Parker is Spiderman. The attention is sadly disrupting the lives of those he cares about including MJ (Zendaya) and his Aunt May (Marisa Tomei). He then decides to seek out the help of Doctor Stephen Strange (played once again by Benedict Cumberbatch). When their goes horribly wrong, bad guys from other realities invade Peter’s world and he has to find a way to make things right.

It almost all works.

This is a Marvel movie and the third Holland Spiderman film. The formula works. Director Jon Watt really gives us a lot of “meat” with the best Spiderman action sequences we’ve ever seen and some monumental moments for all fans of this franchise. It’s entertaining. It’s funny. It’s tragic. It’s good.

The ending does get a little sloppy. And if you’re a Spiderman newbie, you’ll be completely lost. Like most of the Marvel movies, putting in the time makes the experience better.

And boy did it pay off here. This is my favorite Spiderman movie and a top ten Marvel outing. I recommend it without hesitation.
