Dallas has received a request from the Chicago Bears to talk to their head coach, Mike McCarthy, as the uncertainty behind his future with the Cowboys continues.
Get Up on ESPN says the blame continues to fall on Jerry Jones as the uncertainty continues..
“He is the one with the power to sign him.” began Jeff Saturday about Jones’ apparent indifference with McCarthy “He can’t be somewhere he’s not wanted. You haven’t let it be known that you want him.” and closed “Give me a break dude. Jerry is off the rails.”
“There is not a requirement for him to talk as much as he does.” added Dominque Foxworth “He does things that hurt his team because I guess he wants the attention.”
“If it makes sense, it’s because he’s buying time.” said host Mike Greenberg “He is trying to have his cake and eat it too. Which is keep Mike McCarthy if that is a possibility, but see if you can get someone else.”
