The Pittsburgh Steelers are in the playoffs, but expectations for the proud franchise are limited after Mike Tomlin has stalled in the playoffs for consecutive years.

As Tomlin hits 18 years with the team, Get Up! on ESPN spoke about the possibility of the Steelers trading their coach to another team…

“Pittsburgh fans in that area, are over Mike Tomlin” said Kimberly Martin “There are Steelers fans that are like ‘we want to move on, we don’t win enough, we’ve gotten complacent with this 500. record over the years’ which boggles my mind. I don’t believe the Steelers would trade Mike Tomlin but I think teams should try.”

Dominique Foxworth was bearish on a trade saying “The overwhelming likelihood is that they both end up in worse situations. Mike Tomlin is a good coach, and the culture and the structure of the organization fits him. And moving him somewhere else doesn’t automatically mean it’s going to work again.”
