Your over the air television viewing for the eve of the Super Bowl, will feature some programming about the big game, as well some NBA action in terms of counter programming. A lot of our non sports interests are toning it down ahead of the NFL juggernaut.

Indeed FOX will feature 26th Annual Superbowl Soulful Celebration from New Orleans. Afterwards, we’re getting women’s college basketball.

ABC is all NBA action with a night of hoops action. NBC will show a repeat of The Voice and a rerun of SNL.

It’s time for a new TV! Buy one on Amazon HERE!

CBS has a repeat of the Equalizer and a rerun of 48 Hours, but will have a new 48 Hours to close out the night. The CW will air the 90s Boy Band Boom special again.

Your best bets may be on streaming where Netflix has Apple Cider Vinegar. The fake cancer scheming showcase for Kaitlyn Dever is impressive.

Paradise on Hulu also had a great week, as did The Pitt on HBO Max.

But the trophy this week goes to Severance, who really went “outside” of the box to deliver some truly memorable television that a lot of us are still talking about.

Otherwise, you can just get out and enjoy some non TV time before we’re all consumed by the Super Bowl tomorrow.
