Selling on the internet is difficult. Whether you’re doing affiliate marketing like what you’ll find on this site, or if you’re doing a full presentation on a streaming medium like the subject of this post, it’s a skill and a valuable one.

Which is why when we see a strong salesperson, in this case a charismatic salesperson, it’s always nice to stop an appreciate the skills involved.

The Comitok Gimbal Girl on Tik Tok, who goes by Mandy, pulls hundreds of viewers everyday with a contagiously fun selling style. Her English has an accent that I can’t place, but she is all over the place for hours at a time.

Mandy jumps around, she dances, she takes pictures, and she’s answering questions from customers, all while staying focused on the product.

There are others selling similar products on Tik Tok, but she pulls the biggest audience. Why?

Because she’s the one actually having fun.

And when you’re having fun on social media and you’re effectively communicating your objective, you’re going to build an audience.

The only objection that her regular viewers might have is that she’s not selling other products.

But if you’re here, she must be doing something right. Whenever a salesperson draws interest aside from the product he or she may be selling then it’s always a credit to them.

Enthusiasm when selling a product is important. Even though I’m not selling the TV shows that I watch and blog about here, you’ll find more engagement than someone who doesn’t believe in what they’re promoting.
