If you’re reading this, beginning of episode five of Million Dollar Secret is behind you, and you’ve just observed a very entertaining elimination in the form of Phil. The actual first millionaire to be eliminated by the group.

There were a lot of thoughts flowing through the brain after the tearful goodbye.

The Agenda bonus just isn’t worth it: Phil had it right the first time. It just isn’t worth it to go for the Agenda bonus. It was going for the bonus that got Phil caught to begin with. If he hadn’t, it’s very possible that Sydnee would have been going home instead.

“Smile” could have pushed over “Scream”: As soon as the group got the movie hint “Scream”, it was over. There was no lie that was going to free Phil from that. Except…perhaps Smile. Don’t get me wrong, but Phil could have crafted a lie around “Smile” and possibly have framed Sydnee.

Being discovered as “The Millionaire” isn’t necessarily a death sentence: There was some strong deliberation happening even after the group learned it was Phil. They still almost eliminated Sydnee because of her challenge winning streak (Very Parvati Shallow of her by the way, if you know you know).

Grandma Lydia is a savage: Both during the elimination discussions and the aftermath of tears and regrets, that Texas grandma called the group “wimps” and their remorse “bull****”. That is some next level determination there.
