We’re cruising right along with Tom Segura’s Bad Thoughts. And another cliffhanger ahead of this penultimate episode. You can catch up with the episode four recap HERE.

What Happened?: Tom himself brings us into episode five as we roll with the cliffhanger of his flight over South American being put in danger after both pilots died while doing sex stuff. He puts on the headset and we meet air traffic controller, Jose. Jose seems pleasant enough but he turns mean when he realizes Tom’s comedy has offended him in the past. Another pilot turns up and joins Tom in the cockpit and saves the plane. Afterwards he offers sex stuff to Tom and after first rejecting him, Segura decides he’d rather stay than return to his seat with hostile passengers surrounding him.

After a short interlude about communication, our next skit takes place at a diner where a man is having a meal with his visiting dad. Out of nowhere another man walks up to him and thanks him for an earlier intimate encounter. And then everyone else joins in. We learn that the man is Evan from an earlier skit in the season “Aliens f**k Humans” and is in the game. He goes to confront Cyrus and gets him to admit he was modeled in the game. To make it up to him, Cyrus says he’ll cut Evan in on his next Aliens game where he is not violated. Cyrus then locks Evan in the game and we learn this is a revenge scheme for Evan not giving him any of Cheryl’s birthday cake from earlier in the season. Evan is then forced to eat cake with his naked father and screams as the segment closes.

We’re then transported to an emergency scene where we see a corpse being wheeled away. We catch up with Tom who is sitting in the back of an ambulance with a space blanket on and he tells us of a coffee shop confrontation resulting from a bad order and spiteful employees. Tom then proceeds to kill a few of them buy throwing a knife into their skull. Scalding them to death with the espresso machine and ripping off the lower half of one of their jaws. The police prepare to arrest him but he shows them the receipt and they all laugh it off as the show ends.
