Dancing With The Stars: Fans to Jenna Johnson “Drop The Ab Routine!”

While defending champion, Jenna Johnson, fell to a shocking week two elimination on season 34 of Dancing With The Stars this week, viewers were preoccupied while the drama was going down.

Mostly by her abs. Johnson’s fit for the night showcased a midsection that looks like a comic book superhero.

“Her abs have abs” said one viewer on social media.

“This woman has given birth.” shouted another.

But the most regular comment on the feed was “Drop the ab routine”.

And there are many more videos of fans seeing Johnson and immediately doing sit ups next to their couch.

Indeed, most of the professional dancers stay in shape in part because of their physically demanding roles, performing in front of millions of viewers. Everyone is in fantastic shape.

But fans want more.

Johnson hasn’t published a specific ab routine that I could find. But in the past has mentioned regular cardio exercise, dance routines that engage her core, and cutting out processed sugar as keys to her conditioning.

So basically, the two things we seldom do, and the one thing we do several times a day.

There may be some exercise video opportunities for Johnson. Julianne Hough, her fellow renowned professional, has made some in the past.

Until then, we’ll just have to guess.
