Your Monday night free television line up is flat, and cable doesn’t offer too much more. It might be best to just rest up and head into the Fourth of July stretch with a full gas tank.

But let’s do this anyway.

NBC is all new, and actually taking a break from their Olympics trial coverage to bring us a new American Ninja Warrior and The Wall.

FOX is also bringing some new game shows our way with Name That Tune and The 1% Club.

There are reruns everywhere else we look.

CBS continues their summer hibernation with back to back reruns of The Neighborhood and repeats of NCIS and NCIS Hawaii.

ABC has repeats of Celebrity Wheel Of Fortune and Celebrity Jeopardy.

CW has reruns of All American.

On cable, wrestling fans will have Monday Night RAW and the continued siege of the Judgement Day by Women’s Champion Liv Morgan. We should all be so lucky.

If nothing else catches your interest, the streamers are going full speed with season 3 of The Bear on Hulu, The Boys off and running on Prime, The Acolyte on Disney Plus, and House of the Dragon on Max.
