Fight Night The Million Dollar Heist: Yeah, it’s Absolutely Chicken’s fault

Episode four of Fight Night: The Million Dollar Heist has dropped on Peacock, and I’m happy to say that the drama and action hasn’t relented just because the Ali fight and the actual robbery is over. In fact, we had quite a lot of danger come after our protagonists.

And it’s all the fault Gordon “Chicken Man” Wallace, being played by Kevin Hart in his best work since he was supposingly being controlled by Danny Glover in a video game.

Let’s start with the fact that he put his family in some real danger.

I enjoyed the scenes with Faye and Viv. True opposites that have a seriously flawed man in common. And I was actually pretty fired up when they scared away Frank’s thugs. That is some true dramatic progression there.

We also have to talk about poor Silky.

Frank got tired of waiting for Chicken to bring him the robbers and killed the one guy in our story who unfortunately stood with our flawed hustler. He didn’t deserve to die by phone cord strangulation. I couldn’t stop shaking my head. What a mess.

He would have gotten Tom killed too:

Let’s be clear. Tom might be dead. We last saw him after a suicide attempt. One of the cliffhangers we got during this episode. But if Hudson hadn’t took him in, Frank would have killed him at the house. Instead it’s possible that both Tom and Silky are dead.

Yeah, we can hope that Chicken Man lives through this for the sake of his kids. But we’re only four episodes in and he’s got plenty of blood on his hands.

Great show though. I’ll see you here next week.
