The Flight Attendant: Alright, alright, I’ll throw the Cheryl Hines theory out there

Season 2 of The Flight Attendant premiered today and it was..

Pretty dog-gone good.

Kaley Cuoco is just too excellent in this show. And the multiple Cassies playing out in her mind lets us appreciate that even more. My early favorite is the killjoy Cassie. Maybe because I’ve got a similar voice in my head and you probably do too.

But let’s talk about Cheryl Hines.

The Curb Your Enthusiasm (and UCF, Go Knights) alum plays the CIA big boss. She only gets some screen time in the first episode but I will go ahead and throw out what many viewers are probably already thinking.

Cheryl Hines is the Cassie doppleganger, and a CIA double agent.

I know we’ve got the bloody wig. I’ll get back to that later. And they tried to feed us Grace, who turned out to be a fentanyl dealer in a strange twist. But that’s just all happening too early.

It would be a cool twist for it to be Hines. After all she would be able to navigate the scene like a professional and make it look like it was Cassie.

But like I said about the wig. That would lead us to believe that unless it was just a plant then it’s not Cheryl Hines.

How about another wild theory?

It could be Miranda Croft. Our favorite anti-hero from the first season. Maybe our dead informant was hiding something and had to go.

The two episodes which premiered were just great. Shout out to Santiago Cabrera who is now on two big shows. This and Star Trek: Picard.

See you next week.

What do you think about this theory? Is it somebody else? How do you think the second of season of the Flight Attendant has kicked off? Let me know in the comments below.
