Ghosts: Yeah, we completely forgot about Crash

Let’s not waste any time. I forgot that Crash existed. Seriously. This is one of my favorite sitcoms on TV right now and I thought someone was playing a prank on me this week, when the 50s ghost reappeared.

But apparently he’s been on the show before. I’ll have to go back and watch the pilot again. There is so much going on with these episodes it can be hard to keep up at times.

This week’s episode was another fun outing though.

And the subplot had Issac and Alberta trying to figure out who snatched Crash’s head off of his body and threw it in the woods. The interrogations were the best part, from Hetty’s morbid description over how she would have done it, to Flower’s confused confession. We later learned it was Issac himself who got bored and committed “the crime”.

The main arc was Pete-centric with our 80s spirit trying to get his daughter married at the Woodstone. I like how Jay pointed out how wild the conversations can get without proper context, we often lose perspective at what it’s like to live in that house and not see (or hear) everything that is happening.

Everything eventually worked out and we had a sweet scene of Pete (kinda) walking his daughter down the aisle at her wedding. It looks like everyone will get their triple Woodstone points, and as Thor pointed out will also end up with the “big deck” they deserved.

Great show. Already can’t wait until the next time. Hopefully, I haven’t forgotten about anymore ghosts.
