Bill and Ted’s Excellent Adventure was a fun time back in the late 80s and Bill and Ted’s Bogus Journey wasn’t bad either with both films leaning off of the goofy charm of Alex Winters and Keeanu Reeves pre “Speed”, “Matrix”, and “John Wick”.
The first trailer from Bill and Ted Face The Music shows our time traveling duo at a dead end, apparently making some wrong moves after changing the world with their music. What we get are more phone booth adventures and a jailhouse version of the duo as they try to make things right.
This is the start of a sprint of returns to successful franchises for Reeves who also has another Matrix and John Wick film coming out next year.
