Monday Night RAW: The Fiend and Alexa Bliss steal the show

An action packed season premiere of Monday Night RAW aired on USA tonight, and the stars of the show continue to be “The Fiend” Bray Wyatt and the evolution of Alexa Bliss as his partner.

Bliss and Wyatt kicked off the show and made absolute fools of RETRIBUTION by ducking out of an ambush in the dark and beating them up during their battle with the Hurt Business a short time later. It was all done really well and kicked off the program with some electricity.

And we got a second dose towards the end of the show at the Firefly Fun House with Bliss also debuting her sorta alter ego inside of the brilliant Mister Rogers knock off that Wyatt has built over the last year and change.

Despite the draft, we got a couple of appearances from Smackdown Superstars such as the Riott Squad, who were involved in a Fatal Four Way women’s tag that kept the belts on Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler. An “El Gran Gordo”, Otis in a lucha libre mask, teaming with Tucker to take on Miz and Morrison.

We also had some more story advances ahead of Hell In The Cell on Sunday. Including Randy Orton and Drew McIntyre in the cell cliff hanging to go off the air. The Hurt Business turning down another recruit and Keith Lee and Braun Strowman carrying on their battle of the giants.

It’s possible we’ll have some RAW stars on Smackdown this Friday, and with the brand battling Survivor Series coming up, it’s not long before we’ll see everyone fighting everyone soon anyways.

But much credit to Bliss and Wyatt for really adding some mystery to the formula.
