On Wednesday morning, former Miami Dolphins coach, Brian Flores, appeared on “Get Up” on ESPN to discuss the class action lawsuit he has filed against the Miami Dolphins, New York Giants, and Denver Broncos for alleged discriminatory practices. The topic has been trending near the top of social media since the announcement came down on Tuesday.
Flanked by his two attorney, Flores sat down with Mike Greenberg for almost 20 minutes to discuss what he had to say, which included experiences where he described being bribed to lose games, and showing up for interviews where team officials showed up drunk with the sole intention of meeting the league’s Rooney Rule to encourage the hiring of minority coaches.
After the interview, “First Take” would pick up where the discussion left off, examining different parts of the lawsuit.
